electric arc furnace  EAF

this furnace is use to melt the scrap steel , it  is component of  furnace body, tilting equipment,water-cool system, hydraulic circuit,electric furnace transformer, ultra-former system, high tension electricity system, automated  system .it use to smelt matel to molten steel and supply the molten steel for refine. Our production has the follow characteristic:

1.      adopt the water-cool furnace wall, water-cool furnace cover ,increast the useful time.

2.      adopt compound electric conduction arm , decrease the ultra-former resist ,so reduce electric losses and electrode waste .

3.      adopt on-load regulating methed,add the thermal efficiency,reduce the energy loss.

4.      furnace motion adopt fluid drive.

5.      adopt the the soot collection purification system of

exhaustsmoke direct pass the 4^th hole of cover,with  the obturation surroundings and link with roof . the advance is eliminate soot , low noise ,change the surroundings of the working shop

6.      provide the manipulator in front of furnace, it can blast oxygen and spray powder automatic.

7.      provide optimize power automatic control system, so the furnace has the dominant of melt short time,low cost, the whole technical target arrive the   international advance level
