Acuum deaeration furnace :

This furnace is a refine equipment ,it have many functions ,as to decarbonization, to oxigenate, deaeration, to decarbolize and made  alloy .it made up of fiixed acuum cane,cover of accum cane,accum equipment of filling, oxygen blowing equipment,electric automatic system,acuum tube channel , dust separation plant and vacuum pump. It use to compound the alloy and low carbon steel ,which request the melton steel and its air , foreign material and chemical composition arrive the demand . Our production has the follow  characterstic:

1.      adpot the automatic  technology of double cane-double cover, the deal period is 25-35 min.

2.      adopt the technology of high-pressure injection pump and advance technology of laser alignment .

3.      adopt the technology of the complete water cool dismiss maintenance ,the used life is  above 5000 times .
