This furnace use to  the melt  scrap steel , it is component of electric cable , capacitor cabinet, incline control box,furnace body, water-cool cable,stand, inductorium etc. it use to smelt matel to molten steel and supply the molten steel for refine. Our production has the follow characteristic:

1.      adopt frame construction like the mouse cage ,there has detachable cover board on window .

2.      inside of furnace ,provide the profile modeling field yoke, decrease the magnetic(-flux) leakage ,and avoid the furnace body heat,increase the efficiency of electric energy.

3.      easy to observe, maintain , disassembly and assembly department loop .

4.      the cover is adopt hydraulic lift and whirl .

5.      there is a observe hole on covery ,easy to temperature and add the alloy ,steel raw material .

6.      it adopt the high tension frequency conversion electric power, two- stand parallel connection power, high power,  low  subharmonic power.
